Payments:

We use Paypal secure checkout. & Nochex You do NOT need a Paypal or Nochex account to use this checkout, if you wish to pay by credit / debit card please select Paypal as you checkout option. On the next page you will see an option "Dont have a Paypal account?" Click on this link and you will be able to enter your card details. Your card details are 100% secure and are encrypted on Paypals server. We cannot see you card details. You can also paid by cheque, we will wait for the cheque to clear before the order is posted out.

Refunds will be given via cheque less other wise stated by Pagan Charms.

If refunds are giving by paypal, there may be a delay to it appears in your bank account, this is the way paypal works and it has nothing to do with pagan charms.

Please also note that on some products there is an added postage charge if our standard postage does not cover postage due to weight or size.

If the product is out of stock will aim to deliver within 14 days of the order.
