Cancellation and Returns. As a consumer you have a legal right under the terms of the Distance Selling Act 1998 to a 7 day cooling off period whereby you may at any time cancel your order. If you decide during this period to cancel your order and it has already been shipped to you, you must return it to us immediately it is received in the same condition as it was sent at your own expense. If you decide to cancel prior to your order being sent you agree to allow up to 7 working days from the date the cancellation is made for your payment to be reimbursed to allow for administrative procedures before a charge back is initiated.
Refunds will be given via cheque due to fees charged by payment processing companies.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies (excluding shipping) or replacement goods. Note there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Goods must be returned in a resalable condition within seven days. Products cannot be returned once they have been opened. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods indicating the reason for your return. Please wrap the package securely. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Return postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty, in an unsatisfactory condition, or sent in error.
If paying by cheque goods will not be sent out till cheque has cleared.
We shall endeavour that all orders are met. We do not, however, guarantee the availability of any product at any time. Where a product is temporarily out of stock we will advise you of when we expect to be able to fulfil orders, however this is an estimate only and shall not be binding upon us.
Sometimes stock may be withdrawn or discontinued. We shall make every effort to update the website at all times, but you understand and acknowledge that we are not liable to you for any failure or delay to fulfil an order due to products being out of stock, withdrawn or discontinued.
We aim to deliver within 14 days, however delivery can take up to 28 days.
